Harwelden

Atop a rolling hillside, along a popular Tulsa side street, sits one of the city's most iconic homes. A product of Tulsa's oil boom, the English Tudor/collegiate/gothic mansion represents a time of grandeur and opulence. Oilman Earl Palmer Harwell and his wife named the estate Harwelden, which means "place from which the Harwells came" in Welsh. This week on LoyalTV, join us as we explore the stately structure to discover its history and learn about its new life after restoration as an event center and boutique hotel.
